SIC Smart Working

SIC Smart Working was my first internship. This company helps other companies innovate in technology and labor. In my internship I did 4 assignments for Ergon and Weener XL. These assignments included VR, game development, prototyping, videography, video editing, UX & UI designing, pitching and advising the companies with different challenges.

GroupM Conversational

During my graduation internship at GroupM Conversational I dealt with the issue: "How can Jumbo increase the number of successful automated conversations that are initiated via the telephone channel, by continuing the conversation via a digital chat assistant on WhatsApp?" To answer this question I applied different research methods, such as A/B testing, Wizard-of-oz, prototyping and comparison chart. I also learned how to work as a real conversational designer, this area was still completely new to me!
